After having talked to Chris several times, I need to tell you that he doesn’t just write stuff down and forget about it. He takes his time and asks questions and I get the idea that he’s trying to solve problems and that’s what I want. His tones, mannerisms, and body language tells me it’s not a lecture and he’s warm and wants to help.
